Niyi Oguntoyinbo

Niyi Oguntoyinbo is a graduate of Economics/Management from the University of Ibadan, U.I.  He is also an alumnus of the Lagos State Business School.

Niyi is a very versatile man whose competence cuts across fields of Accounting, Business Development, Administration, Sales and corporate marketing. He started his career in accounting with South Africa Nigeria Telecoms Ltd. He resigned as Head of Accounts to join KUNOCH COMMUNICATIONS as the Business Development Manager in January 2003; he was in charge of creating and managing distribution channels nationwide.

He later resigned in 2005 to establish Philly & Mools Automobile which over the years has evolved into Philly & Mools Ltd.

He is married and enjoys reading and writing.

Adeleye Adekola
Managing Consultant

Leye Adekola is a graduate of political science from the University of Ibadan. He later bagged an EDS certificate in Entrepreneur Management from the Lagos Business School in 2008.

He started his career with Air Choice Travels and rose to the position of manager before he resigned in 2004. He started out as a partner and a director in Philly & Mools Ltd in 2006.

He is currently the head, Operations department of Philly & Mools Ltd. 

Mc, as he is fondly called loves swimming and is married.

Shettima Bilgai Samuel
Head, Quality Control Unit

Samuel is a business Management graduate from the University of Maiduguri. He joined Philly & Mools in 2007 as the unit head of the Operations unit. He acquired a lot of training in leadership in the course of his job.

He is vastly knowledgeable in automobiles and currently holds the position as the head of Quality Control Unit.

Samuel loves driving and listening to people for decision making purpose.

Agbaje Adefisayo
Head Human Resource /Admin

Fisayo is a graduate of Lagos State University with combined honors in Economics and Education. Her experience spans Education, Economics, Sales, Administration and Human Resources.

She worked post NYSC with Diamond Bank Plc as a sales executive before joining Philly & Mools Ltd in 2008 as the human resource/administration officer.

She is married and loves reading.

Olusegun Amos Olaniyi
Head, Finance & Accounting Department

Olusegun obtained an OND certificate in Accountancy from the Polytechnic Ibadan before proceeding to Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State where he graduated with a Bsc in Accountancy in 2007.

He started his career in P.B IKAKA & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an audit trainee between 2001 and 2003 before joining Philly & Mools in 2007 as an Accounts Officer. He served as associate trainee with Diamond Bank Plc during his National Youth Service Corps before returning to Philly & Mools in 2009 as the Business Development Executive.      

He is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Accounting Technicians Scheme (ATS) 2001 and also a Business Development Executive.

He is loves Reading and watching football.
